Spa Policies

Card on File: At Inspire Spa, we value the commitment of our team to provide exceptional treatments at your reserved time. To honor this, we require a credit card to be kept on file for all reservations.

Weekend Pricing: Pricing on the weekend is an additional $10-20 per treatment as compared to Monday-Friday.

Cancellations: We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the treatment price.

Couples or Group Cancellations: We require 48 hours notice for couples or group cancellations. Cancellations within 48 hours will incur a charge of 50% of the rituals price.

Reschedules: Rescheduling within 24 hours will result in a $25 rescheduling fee.

No-Shows: Missing your appointment without notice will result in a charge of 100% of the treatment price.

Experience Rate: A 3% experience rate is applied to all rituals to help us maintain our commitment to using ethically sourced, high-quality products and ensure the spa’s financial health.
